Special Event Details

Our venue space is available for special events during the week and on Saturdays.  If you are planning a Saturday gathering, the only available times would be between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. due to the high volume of breakfast and lunch business on the weekends. Our Special Event Area is available for up to 38 guests. If gift and cake tables are required, it will lower the maximum capacity to 30 guests. Table service is usually required for larger events due to space restraints. For less than 20 people, a small buffet may be an option.  There is a $75.00 venue fee in addition to the cost of your meal if you want the space exclusively for your group or if your event is large enough to require the entire space.  Larger parties for up to 52 guests do have the option of using the Main Dining Room in some instances for a venue fee of $150.00.  You are welcome to order directly from our regular menu or we'd be glad to create a Special Event Menu to meet your needs.  Pricing begins at $7.25 per person plus beverage, tax and gratuity. You’re welcome to choose the items you’d like included on your Special Event Menu or use our basic menu that you’ll find below.  We do allow you to bring in a cake if you like. We will supply the dessert plates and cake knife for you to use when serving.  For an additional fee ($55.00 - $85.00) our "White Change Over" option is available in the evenings which includes white table toppers and floating candle centerpieces instead of the floral tapestry table toppers and artificial floral arrangement we typically use on our tables. A deposit of $75.00 plus the venue fee is required to guarantee your reservation. Sunday special events are an option after 3:00 p.m. for groups of 30 or more. If your guest totals fall below the final communicated number on after hour gatherings, you will be charged $10.00 per person up to that final communicated number. There are additional after hour fees ($300.00 venue & $200.00 staff) for weeknights, Sunday afternoons and Mondays for group reservations.  If it is necessary to cancel an event reservation with less than 72 hours notice, only the deposit will be refunded and the venue fee will be forfeited.
